When you register on app.novlr.org we ask for information such as your name, and email address.


When you subscribe to Novlr we ask for information such as billing address and credit card information.

Data storage

Novlr uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Novlr.org and all subdomains. Although Novlr owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Novlr.org website, you retain all rights to your data.

Third party integration

Novlr allows for integration with third-party vendors such as Google and Dropbox to sync, view and manage novels that you have opened or created with Novlr. You do not have to use these services. If you switch them on you will be asked to authenticate your account on the third-party platform.

Disclosure

Novlr may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

Data location

If you choose to provide Novlr with your information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers located in the United Kingdom and United States of America.

Changes

We may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Novlr primary account holder information or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
